If so why (2-10 sentences): No Time On This Server: The server just has started and because of that I have little time on the server but I will play much in the future of the server How often can you be on the server?: Almost every day What would you bring new to us as Staff? (5-10 sentences): I can script and help with development and as a former server owner I can suggest and help the server grow. I can manage the discord and server. I can train new staff and can be on in early hours when other staff are usually not on. Here below are some potential scenarios you may face as part of the staff team. Please answer them to the best of your abilities. Question #1: An RDMer has been reported, what are some steps you take to resolve the conflict?: I would bring the suspected RDM'er and the reporter in order to discuss with them the situation. I would than check the server logs to see if there stories match. Depending on what was said by both the RDM'er and reporter and what actually appeared to happen I would continue the sit and find who if the reported person was guilty and punish them for the appropriate time. Question #2: A player joins the server and threatens to crash it. What do you do?: I would wait to see if they crash the server after trying to tell them not to. If the server would begin to lag I would ban the player and than remove any props/entities they were using to crash the server Question #3: A player new to DarkRP joins the server and breaks a couple of rules. How do you deal with this person?: I would bring them and teach them the rules and if the repeat to break the same rules from earlier I would jail them for the appropriate amount of time and if they continue from there I would ban them. Question #4: A person is choosing to argue with your ruling on a sit, or that they haven't broke any rules. What do you do?: I would tell them to check the rules and I would double check to in order to make sure I am correct about what I did in the sit. Then I would tell the player the correct rules and if they continue to argue jail them for breaking the rules. Question #5: You have found a Gun Dealer to be self supplying, how do you assess the situation? (Make sure you have read the rules.): I would check for gun stores around the map and than and if there were any I would have to jail them and make them give the guns and delete the guns. If there are no gun store I will left them go since they have not violated any rules.
